When <tbody> is rendered as a <transition-group>, use nativeOn for delegated row events.

Ensure that a unique key is generated if the primary key field returns null, undefined or an empty string.

Also use the get utility to allow primary key to be a nested item field instead of just a top level field

Also fixes an issue when primary key supplied and row event handlers returned the wrong item reference
