When
<tbody>is rendered as a<transition-group>, usenativeOnfor delegated row events.Ensure that a unique key is generated if the primary key field returns null, undefined or an empty string.
Also use the
getutility to allow primary key to be a nested item field instead of just a top level fieldAlso fixes an issue when primary key supplied and row event handlers returned the wrong item reference
