If I understand correctly, b-nav-item-dropdown does not support splitting (#2636).

However, the documentation (https://bootstrap-vue.org/docs/components/nav#comp-ref-b-nav-item-dropdown-props) mentions "split mode" for the text and html properties. It is misleading.
