I'm facing the issue that there are so many span elements (_placeholder) rendered that seems make my site performance dropped.

My listing table has many columns and each row has many fields use v-b-tooltip. When I change page size to 100 items/page the performance issue appears.

Let say I have 5 columns and the below fields use v-b-tooltip if page size is 100 items, there will be 500 span elements (_placeholder) rendered. I think I do not really need those elements and do not know that is their purpose.

Is there any option or we can add something to handle this?
