Description
We use AWS Amazon MQ which requires an SSL connection. In publishers and consumers we get Interop\Queue\Exception\Exception errors a SSL error occurred, which in publishers leads to the loss of sending messages, especially in the combined db -> rabbitmq channels. More details about the problem can be found here php-enqueue/enqueue-dev#1162

There is a proposal to improve reconnection strategy for AMQP module when receiving such an exception.
