Proposed new feature or change:

Hi,
Intel x86-simd-sort has recently been updated. Multi-threading with OpenMP had been added for qsort, argsort and keyvalue_qsort.
Would you consider adding these new features to numpy sort for improved sorting on medium and large arrays?
