First of all thanks for this great lib and all the support you provide here.
I've search for similar issues and in the majority you talk about adding:

define('NET_SFTP_QUEUE_SIZE', 1);

For the moment, I can't provide logs.
I can only say that the SFTP server is not mine and is running under Azure. Already asked the third party to check if they see something in the logs.

Issue is happening from time to time when we upload some text files. (We are using flysystem adapter).

Can you provide some help on this one ?
From what I read we should:

• get the SFTP logs
• get the SSH logs
• test NET_SFTP_QUEUE_SIZE constant change => what is the impact ??

Anything else ?
