Choreographer.getDefaultFrameDelay is being added to the indevelopment SDK, which causes runtime conflicts with the existing ShadowChoreographer.getDefaultFrameDelay. This commit modifies the signature of ShadowChoreographer.getDefaultFrameDelay to be consistent to avoid these conflicts. PiperOrigin-RevId: 772266921
