Why have there been 'severe postal delays'?
Available for over a year
Residents of Worcester, Upton and Malvern have told the BBC that they only get one delivery a week, with post often arriving as one weekly 'drop' held together by an elastic band. Tom Edwards reports. A statement from Royal Mail said: "We take any reports of delay seriously, and will further investigate these concerns." It adds: "We want to reassure customers that the overwhelming majority of mail is being delivered on time. Where a route is affected we prioritise any delayed items the following day."
