Hibernian have bought forward Ante Suto from Slaven Belupo and wing-back Felix Passlack from Bochum, both for undisclosed fees, while Zimbabwe centre-half Munashe Garananga has arrived on loan from Copenhagen.

As they arrive, record signing Thibault Klidje has joined Danish Superliga side Randers on loan, midfielder Dylan Levitt has left premanently to join League One strugglers Leyton Orient and forward Junior Hoilett has left for Swindon Town in League Two.

German 27-year-old Passlack has signed until summer 2029, while 25-year-old Australian-Croat Suto, subject to a work permit, has agreed a two-and-a-half year contract with an option of a further year.

Hibs were particularly keen to add to their forward options after selling Scotland striker Kieron Bowie to Hellas Verona last week.

Head coach David Gray told his club website: "Ante is another strong addition to our forward line and gives us a very direct threat in front of goal.

"He is a powerful player with a strong physical presence and he is a brilliant option to have because he is capable of playing out wide as well as through the middle."

Born in Imotski, Suto is product of the Hajduk Split youth academy and joined Slaven from second-tier Croatia Zmijavci in January 2024 and signed a contract extension until 2028 in September.

He scored four goals and providing six assists in 18 league matches this season for the side sitting sixth of 10 teams in the Croatian Football League.

Passlack arrives having made 67 appearances for Bochum since joining from Borussia Dortmund in 2023.

However, only four of his 19 appearances this season have been starts for the side sitting eighth in Germany's second tier after relegation last term.

His previous clubs include Hoffenheim, Norwich City and Fortuna Sittard, all loan spells from Dortmund, and Gray is delighted to add someone with such "calibre and experience".

"Felix is a tenacious, attack-minded player that can play anywhere on the right-hand side," he added.

"He comes with a great pedigree – having played at a very high level."

Hibs point out that 25-year-old Garananga joined Copenhagen from Belgian club Mechelen for nearly £3.5m in 2024 and has now won league and cup doubles in Moldova, where he played for Sheriff Tiraspol, and Denmark.

He has 17 caps for Zimbabwe and made two appearances at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, but although he has made only 11 club appearances this season, Gray was pleased to add a "quick, aggressive centre-back who is comfortable in possession and playing out from the back".

Meanwhile, 24-year-old Klidje has been sent to "get some game time" after scoring just four times in 26 appearances since his summer arrival from Luzern, nine of them starts.

Levitt has signed a one-and-a-half-year contract, with the option of a further year, with Orient.

The 25-year-old Welshman joined Hibs from Dundee United in summer 2023 and has made 20 appearances this season, 11 of them starts.

Former Blackburn Rovers, Queens Park Rangers, Cardiff City and Reading forward Hoilett, 35, has made 55 Hibs appearances since arriving from Aberdeen, 23 of them this season, although only five starts, and scoring three goals.
