Coinbase changed to a new authentication method called JWT Bearer tokens. It applies to:
Advanced (for serious individuals): JWT Bearer token
App (for casual individuals): JWT Bearer token
Exchange (for businesses): CB-ACCESS-SIGN
We target the Advanced API with ExchangeSharp.
