Done: - Replaced REASONER_ENABLED with KE_REASONER_LEVEL env var. - removed matcher from documentation and double checked some FAQs.
This means the current example does not work (i.e. it runs on 1.3.0, but the code expects > 1.3.0), but with the next release the 1.3.0 reference will update to the correct version which includes the new configuration variables and the example works again.
