The device has the following modules: Transformer, Rectifier, Regulator, and Front Panel.
Overall structure:
Regulator structure diagram:
Linear regulator is a separate module. Module mounted on back aluminum radiator.
Regulator is four level voltage regulator. Hardware CC/CV detector.
Controlled by STM32F337. Used AD4680 SAR 16bit (18bit oversampling mode) for measure voltage and current.
AD5060 16bit DAC use for current and voltage setpoint.
Fan speed proportional control for minimize sound noise.
Module communicate by UART ModBus.
Module schematic.

Using the sample integrator and filter settings, can change the time constant of the voltage and current meter. The ADC sampling period is constant at 0.5 ms.
Normal time constant for regular use if approximately 0.5 s (default value iintegration_size = 1, ifilter_size = 1000). Setting the sample integrator to 100 and the filter length to 1000 make measurement time constsnt of 50 s. This long time constant can be useful for estimating the device's average current consumption.
Measurement firmware path:
Semiconductor resistors and a switch controlled by a functional generator are used as a transient generator. One resistor with a resistance of 10 Ohms is connected in parallel to the output of the device under test, the second resistor with a nominal value of 7.3 Ohms is connected in parallel to the device under test through a controlled switch. Current measurement is performed using a Lecroy AP015 current probe. The voltage measurement is performed directly at the terminals of the device under tested using a high impedance passive probe.

Short the ends of the wires. Set the /Regulator/Wire/Compensation parameter to On. Adjust the Wire value so that the result value Res is zero.
For voltage meter set /Regulator/Acquisition/vIntegration and /Regulator/Acquisition/vFilter, this parameter is saved in Panel. Result constant time is 0.5 ms * vIntegration * vFilter.
For current meter set /Regulator/Acquisition/iIntegration and /Regulator/Acquisition/iFilter, this parameter is saved in Panel. Result constant time is 0.5 ms * iIntegration * iFilter.
