Usability improvements

• add a new automated release process
• break up font packages into more granular zip files:
  • Static Fonts - Individual OTF files for each weight and style
  • Variable Fonts - Modern variable font files with adjustable weight/width
  • Frozen Fonts - TTF files with all stylistic sets "baked in" by default for editors which do not support stylistic sets
  • NerdFonts - Monaspace patched with NerdFonts glyphs
  • Web NerdFonts - WOFF/WOFF2 files with NerdFonts icons for web use
  • Web Static - WOFF/WOFF2 static font files optimized for web use
  • Web Variable - WOFF/WOFF2 variable font files optimized for web use

Typographical additions

• added over 850 new glyphs across several categories
• expanded texture healing to apply in many more cases
• increased support for APL and other mathematical notations (note: Greek letters will be added in 1.4)
• added #![ ligature to ss10
• extended cv02, cv10, cv11 and cv62 to work when texture healing is also enabled
• extended cv31 to cover new asterisk variants
• extended cv32 to cover non-ligature variants as well
• added cv33 for use with APL, changing the appearance of ○□∊ to match the rest of the APL character set
• added alternate underscore characters to calt that will improve spacing next to characters with lots of space underneath (like T, Y, 7, etc.)
