Due to this commit in symfony/console, pointing at symfony/debug:3.2.* is not compatible with symfony/console:3.2.*.

This fixes the compatibility. Will probably have to revert once sf straightens their deps.

Looks like a mistake in symfony.

Nobody should be using Laravel 5.4 at this time.

I had to do this manually at master to be able to composer install the framework... others may hesitate to do so.

This is definitely a mistake in Symfony.

No way that should ever be required in order to use laravel.
