This is definitely a mistake in Symfony.
No way that should ever be required in order to use laravel. |

Due to this commit in symfony/console, pointing at
symfony/debug:3.2.*is not compatible withsymfony/console:3.2.*.This fixes the compatibility. Will probably have to revert once sf straightens their deps.
