  • Use bullet points to explicitly separate the topics
    • comments/discussion
    • PRs on code/documentation
  • Be very explicit that contributions require adding personal value.
  • Explicitly state that we can reject low-value AI content. I've added this, so that we can friendly but firmly discard contributions with a sentence like "This contributions looks purely AI generated and does not comply with our policy on AI usage"

With this being clearer, I hope we'll also have less of a struggle of wording the top-level statement on AI in #30699.
