Steps for release

  1. Update Cargo.toml with the new version for both pgml-extension and pgml-dashboard.
  2. Add SQL migration files for the extension (pgml-extension/sql) folder. These make changes to the schema for extensions installed out in the wild, to migrate them from their current versions to the latest one.
  3. cargo build and cargo test to update the Cargo.lock and check that everything is working.
  4. Open up PR, commit it to master.
  5. Do a Github release.
  6. Run https://github.com/postgresml/postgresml/actions/workflows/ubuntu-packages-and-docker-image.yml
