Con esta actualización resolvemos el error visto en #2796.
Localmente corrió sin problemas.

Ahora está más claro el asunto:

pospell (que utiliza nuestro script check_spell.py) necesitá docutils>=0.19 y entra en conflicto con sphinx-tabs.

The conflict is caused by:
    The user requested docutils==0.20.1
ERROR: ResolutionImpossible: for help visit https://pip.pypa.io/en/latest/topics/dependency-resolution/#dealing-with-dependency-conflicts
    sphinx 7.2.6 depends on docutils<0.21 and >=0.18.1
    sphinx-tabs 3.4.4 depends on docutils~=0.18.0

Recién salido del horno, sphinx-tabs 3.4.5 ya no deja fija la versión de docutils.

Buena @cacrespo! El otro día me metí a ver esto mismo, y también caí en la cuenta de que sphinx-tabs estaba siendo un poco problemático con su dependencia en docutils -- y después se me acabó el tiempo.

Veo que el build de la documentación pasó ya con esto, esperemos que el resto de las cosas funcionen también de manera correcta.
