Fixes a bug in which system and system name were not being handled correctly when a TransferFunction system is combined with other linear systems using interconnect.

Coverage Status

Coverage remained the same at 94.799% when pulling 3729027 on sawyerbfuller:interconnect-tf into 5180c7b on python-control:main.
