Meadowside Quay comprises 1,600 residential units with two drive-thru restaurants. The final 324 Build to Rent units are now complete plus a riverside walkway and significant public realm.
Outdoor living is a highlight of Merklands Quay with a community garden already established along with the riverside walkway.
The Community Garden
We are immensely proud of the Community Garden Team who developed the Clydeside community garden, taking a redundant area and transforming it into a temporary pop-up garden. A place for people and pollinators. The garden incorporates original quay stones, bee hotels and artworks by local children.
