As explained above, much of the branding you will see on the Stores and products is owned by or licensed to BBC Studios, or otherwise used by BBC Studios as permitted by applicable law. In relation to that content, in using the Stores, you agree that you will access and use the contents for your own private, non-commercial use, or to place an order with Snow. You can download and use the service on a single computer at a time and you can print out a single hard copy of any part of the content of the Stores solely for those purposes. The information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to the BBC and/or BBC Studios, Snow, their products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided "AS IS" and on an "IS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

Any use of the contents not permitted by the Shop Terms, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by site operator Snow. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.

All trademarks, service marks and trade names of Snow used in the Stores and products are trademarks or registered trademarks of Snow. The names, images and logos identifying the BBC, BBC Studios or third parties and their products and services are proprietary marks of BBC, BBC Studios and/or third parties. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right under any trade mark or patent of the BBC, BBC Studios, or any other third party.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Stores and the materials and products on the Stores are provided by Snow "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Snow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Snow does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the Stores will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Stores or the server that makes the Stores available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Snow does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in the Stores in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some countries and US States do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In particular, where you are a customer based in the UK or European Union, you have certain rights under consumer law which are not limited or excluded under these Shop Terms. In particular you have a right to cancel and return products during a designated “cooling off” period. You also have rights in relation to products that are defective, not fit for purpose or do not meet the description provided. Limitation of Liability

Snow shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages (which generally means losses that do not flow directly from the breach and are not reasonably foreseeable by Snow as likely to happen) that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on the Stores or the performance of the products, even if Snow has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, where permitted under the laws in which you are located, Snow reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Snow reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Snow shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These Shop Terms are applicable to you upon your accessing the Stores and/or completing the registration or shopping process. Unless prohibited by the laws in your country of residence, Snow may terminate these terms and conditions, or any part of them, or cease to provide the Stores at any time without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Snow may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the Stores, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Snow.

Miscellaneous

Unless the laws in your country of residence or location provide that you have rights to bring a claim in and under the laws of that country (as is the case, by way of example in the UK and European Union), your use of the Stores shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to the Stores (including but not limited to the purchase of products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in the State of Ohio. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Stores (including but not limited to the purchase of products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Snow’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Snow may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Use of Stores

Harassment in any manner or form on the Stores, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Snow or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the Stores is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Stores any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the Stores or use the Stores to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify (essentially this means compensate), defend, and hold harmless Snow and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Stores using your Internet account.

Third-Party Links

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Snow may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Snow, Snow has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Snow. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Snow seeks to protect the integrity of its Stores and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own Stores but for all sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
