Delivery of the Engagement, Sport and Wellbeing thread looks at providing children and young people opportunities to take part in sport and physical activity, to support both their physical and mental health and wellbeing. In addition, we facilitate a range of events and workshops to help young people navigate personal, social and community safety topics.

The delivery of our programmes aims to instil responsible citizenship and social responsibility within the people we engage with and give people a grounding for decisions, behaviours and opportunities they may receive through us and in their future endeavours. Foundation staff have a significant part to play as positive role models to young people, encouraging them to take part in physical activity in safe spaces around Villa Park and the city of Birmingham.
