We publish pay ranges for our roles which are based on the salaries we actually pay. This holds us accountable, and gives you reliable information about how you can expect your salary and bonus scope to develop as you grow within the company.
Our bonus scheme is generous and reliable. All staff start with the potential to earn up to 5% of annual salary in line with the commercial success of your division. As you develop within the business your bonus scope can increase and payment is based not only on the success of the company, but on your own performance against personal goals.
A generous pension scheme is available for all staff, with Company contributions starting at 5% and increasing dependent on service and your own contribution. Contributions are made via salary sacrifice to make your tax arrangements easier.
Insurance, Loans & Discounts
Most people don't like thinking about life insurance often, but it's reassuring to know that your family will be supported should the worst happen. All staff are covered for one year's annual salary after a year’s service, and if you join the enhanced section of the Company pension scheme, your life insurance will be four times your annual salary from the date of joining.
