Starting September 26, 2025, mail delivery is disrupted

Mail delivery to and from the IRB may be temporarily affected by a Canada Post disruption.

Warning – fraudulent phone calls

If you received a call from someone claiming to be from the IRB and asking you for money, or payment of any kind, it's a scam. The IRB will never ask you for money. Please report the call to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at 1-888-495-8501. If you are a victim of this scam, please call your local police.

The IRB has a new national toll-free number: 1-833-931-5121

Call 1-833-931-5121 to reach any of the IRB's divisions or the My Case help desk. Toll-free from anywhere in Canada.

Be sure to update your phone contacts: our old numbers used to reach the divisions will be taken out of service gradually.
