Two teenagers charged with terror offences

Two 18-year-old men have been jointly charged with terror offences.
Rhys Edwards and Talan Vincent from Cardiff in south Wales have been charged with preparation of acts of terrorism, Counter Terrorism Policing Wales (CTPW) said.
Mr Edwards and Mr Vincent appeared before Westminster Magistrates' Court on Friday 21 November and Saturday 22 November respectively and both were remanded in custody.
They are set to appear before the Central Criminal Court on Friday.
The charges follow arrests made on 20 and 21 November, a CTPW spokesperson said.
