"Snake dey bite pipo evriwia, weda you dey for bush or for city, India or Australia or oda kontris make you name dem. Snake dey bite pipo evriwia but dem no dey die like dis. Dem no dey die just becos dem go two hospitals, two, no be one, two, separate hospitals and dem look dem straight in di eye and tell dem say we no get anti-venom for kontri wia snakes dey live in 2026. No be 1980, no be 1970, 2026.

"And e don happun to pesin wey dey popular, but tink about di oda pipo wey e bin don happun to wey bin no get anybodi to report to. Pipo wey no get anywia to go and dem just lose dia lives like dat. Bright futures cut short.

"And wen you tink about am, if you even come to research, Nigeria get a particular anti-venom wey dem develop for Nigerian snakes, dem dey call am Echitab," Aproko Doctor tok for one video on social media.

Di medical practitioner ask why dis anti-venom no dey for di fridge of dis hospitals wey Nanyah bin go.

"Na simply becos we don forget di basics. Our politicians dey build flyovers wia ambulances no dey exist. We dey focus on how to build ultra modern hospitals wen di Primary Healthcare Centre wey be di first point of call for any kontri wey dey function suppose dey, but instead of us to focus on dose ones, dem go wan do big project wey dem go cut ribbon and evribodi go clap for dem instead, simply becos dem dey try to focus on di next election instead of di lives of di pipo wey dem actually suppose to save.

"For evri Primary Health Care Centre, di basic small hospital wey dey beside you suppose get anti-venom for kontri wia snakes dey live. Dem suppose get oxygen and dem suppose get pipo wey sabi wetin dem dey do," e add.
